Spilled orange juice on the laptop and nothing worked anymore.

I cannot recommend Ned highly enough. Our business computer was old and causing problems with no access to our database. Ned has indeed lived up to his review status. I had bought a computer pre covid that I have been having running battles with every time I went to use it. Ned importantly listened to me moan for 20 mins and took my stroppy computer away to put in a better digital hardrive. Amazing the difference. Thanks Ned

Not for the first time, Ned came to the rescue when our laptop became really close to failing last week. He sorted the problem out in a couple of days at a very reasonable cost. If you have a computer problem, make him your first call !

NED Benjamin has resurrected my laptop. It gave me a very strange and atypical failure and suddenly it didn't even turn on. Everything indicated that I was going to say goodbye to it forever. I left a SOS message for NED Benjamin and he responded very quickly. The diagnosis was almost immediate and although it was quite complicated, he solved it perfectly for me as quickly as possible. I can highly recommend him for his fast attention, his problem solving approach, professionalism, dedication and not least, his affordable price.

Wish I could get service like this in the UK ! Landed on the Friday to discover laptop not working, Ned picked up on Saturday and returned on Sunday morning all fixed and for a great price.

In the midst of a Pandemic, the importance of being computer savvy takes a new perspective as we can bridge the gaps by being close to each other with the help of modern technology. Zoom calls and Facetimes chats are great tools to stay close even when far apart. I have been always very close to my family and while I live in the US and my mom lives on the small island of Lanzarote, I usually find the time to come visit her several times per year. Covid-19 has changed our ability to be able to visit with each other and my mom has never been very technically inclined and now that she is in her 80's, her tech-knowledge is limited to screwing a light bulb in a socket. I decided to send her for Christmas a Wifi-enabled Picture frame that allows me to upload remotely new pictures into the frame daily. I thought it was a great way to give her new images of her grandchildren. When the frame arrived at her house, she had no idea how to connect the frame to the WIFI network in her home and it seemed that the enitre present was never going to be used as she could not get it to connect or finish the set up process. I found Ned through a google search and without any hestitation, he cleared his schedule, drove to my mom's house, completed the set up for the picture frame and ended up completing a long list of other internet related set-ups and connections as Mom apperantly had a long list of hunny-do's that she was unable to get accomplished. Needles to say, my mom was blown away by his professionalsim, knowledge and kindness. Once completed he never asked for any type of compensation and I had to insist to paypal him some money as he never charged one dime. During these dark times of Covid-19 restrictions, Ned was a bight light that helped me connect with my Mom and I can't express how much his help means to Mom and myself. Thank you Ned!! You are the BEST!!!!!!

I was given the name of "Ned Benjamin" by a friend who thoroughly recommended him to carry out an upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I contacted Ned, who took my lap top away for 48 hours and returned it with all the necessary changes made. Since then it has been a bit of a challenge, as I expected but apart from one phone call, it seems I have graduated to the new system with flying colours. Ned has clearly done a great job and at a very reasonable cost. I will recommend him to my contacts for work on their systems and would have no hesitation calling him in again should I need help or advice with my ageing computer.

Lost the charger for my surface Pro while on holiday in Lanzarote, after much searching no one on the island sold them but they did on Gran Canaria. Unable to get it delivered to me Ned arranged for it to be delivered to his business and then brought it to my villa. Cannot recommend enough extremely helpful, nice man.
